Itinerary / Highlights

Day 1
Pick up from Durban International airport, Drive 1 and half hour down the coast.
Activities: Chill and settle into your new lifestyle for the next 15 days.
Accommodation: Umtumvuna, you will be accommodated at Vuna Valley Ventures. This B&B is situated just 100m from the Umtumvuna gorge nature reserve.
Meals: Dinner

Day 2
We start off slow and increase the Tempo as the adventure continues.
Activities: Morning Hike through the reserve
Afternoon mountain bike ride around the gorge, ending with sun downers on top of the Gorge.
Accommodation: Vuna Valley Ventures
Meals: Breakfast Lunch and Dinner

Day 3
Activities: Morning canoe paddle up the river into the gorge.
After Dinner we head off to the Wild Coast Sun Casino and Entertainment world (own Expense)

Day 4
After Breakfast, we say goodbye then make our way to the second part of our adventure, stopping off first to see the Oribi Gorge, then heading inland to Zingela (Possibly the most amazing place on the Planet). If you are feeling brave enough try the highest gorge swing in the world, a true adrenalin rush!
Activities: Bridge swing, 4x4 Transfers

Day 5
Wake up in Adventure paradise, take a stroll to breakfast and check the rapids for the morning activity
Activities: White Water kayaking and Abseiling
Accommodation: Zingela Bush camp

Day 6
Activities: Zip Sliding, Guided game walk
Accommodation: Zingela Bush camp
Meals: Breakfast Lunch and Dinner

Day 7
Say goodbye to Zingela and hello to more adventure as you quad bike out of Zingela. We then head back to the coast.
Activities: Quad Biking out of Zingela

Day 8
We start the third part of our adventure today and this time it is Surfing. You will be staying in the small coastal town of Scottburgh where the beach is the main tourist resource and the locals use the ocean as their main form of recreation. You can spend the next 2 days chilling on the beach and learning the exciting art of wave riding.
Activities: Learn to Surf, two surf lessons today in the gentle bay of Scottburgh.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Day 9
Activities: 2 more Surfing Lessons in the morning, Spend the rest of the day practising your new favourite sport.
Accommodation: B&B

Day 10
Today we head up the North coast, leaving after a leisurely breakfast. We pass Durban and do some sightseeing on our way to the beautiful area of Zululand. In the afternoon we give you a special treat in the way of the Big Cat Breeding Centre where you get to see and experience a range of cats found in Africa, including the endangered Cheetah.
Activities: Visit the Cheetah rehabilitation centre.
Accommodation: Isinkwe Lodge
Meals: Breakfast and Dinner

Day 11
Today we will visit the St. Lucia wetland park, a world heritage site and home to the largest hippo and crocodile populations in Southern Africa. Make your way down to the protected beaches of Cape Vidal and experience truly untouched beaches.
Activities: Game drive in the reserve. Hike along the protected beach at Cape Vidal. Hippo and Croc boat tour on the estuary.
Accommodation: Isinkwe Lodge
Meals: Breakfast and Dinner

Day 12
Travel through Swaziland and onto the famous Kruger National Park and a chance to see some of Africa's wildest creatures.
Activities: Arrive in the afternoon and go on a game drive.
Accommodation: Kruger National Park Camp
Meals: Breakfast and Dinner

Day 13
It is an early rise as we go in search of the Big 5 and other wildlife of interest. Your passionate guide will take you through all there is to know about the African Bush; this is truly a magical place.
Activities: Game drives; spend most of the time game viewing, stopping for a wonderful bush breakfast.
Accommodation: Kruger
Meals: Breakfast Lunch and Dinner

Day 14
Much like the first day in the Park except today we will return early to camp and have supper after which we go on a night drive with park rangers.
Activities: Morning game drive and evening night drive, giving you a chance to see some rare night animals.

Day 15
Wake up and drive the 2 hours or so to the exit gate, exit the park and drive to Johannesburg for your flight.
