The 1st floor features one bedroom with 1-queen bed, a second bedroom with 1-queen bed, 1-full bath, and an open, fully equipped kitchen/dining/living area with an island workstation, a freestanding woodstove (firewood provided), and a sectional sofa.

Step outside onto the side deck and into your own private hot tub, or walk around to the partially covered front deck and enjoy a BBQ on the gas grill! The 2nd floor features one loft bedroom with 1-futon, 1-full bath, and a laundry area with a full-size washer/dryer.

This pet-friendly vacation property will sleep up to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

• Regular rates are $264.10(taxes included) per night, plus a one time cleaning fee of $50.00. We offer a weekly special during regular rates time of; pay for 6 nights stay for 7. Soft Holidays Rates: $297.25(taxes included) per night, plus a one time cleaning fee of $50.00 Dec. 15th through Dec. 25th: $330.40(taxes included) per night, plus a one time cleaning fee of $50.00. Dec. 26th through Jan. 4th: $385.65(taxes included) per night, plus a one time cleaning fee of $50.00. RESERVATIONS: Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to the cost of 1-night's stay, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due-date. PAYMENTS: We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus, and American Express as forms of payment. Sorry, NO personal checks.
