Surfing holiday package

This course is mainly aimed a beginners and lower intermediate surfers who are max. Just catching green waves. The course always takes place at sandy breaks.

It is a 5 day course and includes all material, transport daily from the accommodation.

Surfing is what you could call a "trendy sport" and in recent years more and more people have been having a go. At Flag Beach Windsurf Centre we offer 6 kinds of boards as well as advice on which breaks are working best on the day.

We offer a full range of courses from beginner to advanced and all instructors are BSA (British Surfing Association) qualified as well as holding their life saving and first aid certificates.

Itinerary / Highlights

Day 1: Arrive Fuerteventura airport meet guide who takes you to accommodation

Day 2 - 6: Surfing
You will be collected around 1000am and taken to get fitted for your wetsuit etc then you will be taken to the break of the day which could be one of 5 beaches around the northern part of the island. You will spend approx. 3 hours surfing and learning through a combination of theory and practice. You will be issued with a lunch pack.

Day 7: FREE (lunch pack is included)

Day 8: Departure day

Accommodation Details

Basic Package: Basic hostel accommodation in shared room with breakfast
Upgrade package: 1 or 2 bedroom self catering comfortable apartments.

1 week Upgrade Package 516 Euros

The difference between the basic and upgrade package is the accommodation standard. The surf hostel is more basic with only 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens shared among 16 people (7 rooms) when it´s full, whereas Casa Quemadas are 1 and 2 bedroom apartments of a higher standard and with only 2 and 4 people per maximum per apartment respectively.

If more than one person is booking a package where the arrival and departure dates are the same then we are offering 50 Euros off/ package for 2 or more packages. If travelling alone and client does not want to share then single person supplement of 108 Euros/week is charged, otherwise we put them in an apartment with another person (if we have a booking for that date!!!)

If they are travelling with a non participating partner then they pay 128 Euros/wk net for the basic package and 204 Euros/wk net for the upgrade package. This allows them to tag along and get all the pick ups, lunch pack etc except the tuition.
