The village consists of cottage-style houses and apartments built in the Normandy style (wood decoration, wooden shutters, slate or tile roofs), spread over a 10-hectare estate. The interiors are comfortable and tastefully decorated.

The houses are set around the central building, and the apartments are in 4 one-floor buildings in the Garden Club Hamlet area opposite the tennis courts.

For relaxation and leisure: the covered tropical Aquatic Park and its swimming pools (with whirlpools, jacuzzi and children's pool), sauna, hammam, tennis and children's playground.
