Hidden along the cobbled lanes of the historical town of Lagos is our surf house. From here, our team of devoted surf guides and off-road vehicles will take you off the beaten track to surf some of south Portugal's best surf breaks.

The beaches around Lagos are some of the most beautiful in the Algarve region, like Praia de Dona Ana, which can be reached after a 25 minutes walk from the centre of the town, Praia do Camilo, a little further on, and Meia Praia, whose sands stretch for 4 km (2.5 miles) east of Lagos.

All this great weather, surf and history are a short flight away from Northern Europe, making this the number one surf destination for any surfer, at any level.

Itinerary / Highlights

The local beach breaks in Lagos work during big winter swells and offer fun waves. During your stay with us in Lagos, our off-road trucks will be heading off in the direction of surf breaks such as Zavial, Tonel, Mareta and Beliche.

During the summer, it is not uncommon to surf all day in shorts. In the middle of winter, you can even surf in light summer wetsuits.

With a littering of amazing reefs, beautiful beaches and long point breaks, the Algarve is a must for any surfer at any level.

Accommodation Details

The townhouse is located in the heart of Old Town Lagos. The house is a short walk to the local bars, restaurants and cafes. A big roof terrace overlooks the town and surrounding beaches. The surf house has a fully equipped kitchen and living room. The living room has a library of surf DVD´s, a play station and stereo.

The whole house has wireless internet and is lovingly looked after by our two maids. The rooms are basic and well looked after.
