Lead by Mickey Grosman, an IDF Special Forces veteran and survivalist of the elements - months of preparations, logistics, innovations and creativity while staying in the rural jungle and living among the Amazon indigenous – resulted this unique adventure - Eco-Planet’s challenging exploration journey EXPEDITION AMAZON. It is an authentic yet extraordinary adventure filled with adrenalin rush and great discoveries!
With each coming adventure we are building a team of adventure sports and outdoor enthusiast that are looking to challenge themselves to new limits while scouting uncharted grounds of the Amazon basin in Ecuador.

This adventure trip takes into the rural jungle and allows ones to experience the wild, first-hand, while learning survival skills “boots on the ground” style! It is an adventure that will conquer any fears and let ones challenge themselves beyond any personal limits.

From the snowcapped glaciers of the Andes at 16,500 feet altitude, down to the remote jungle of the Amazon basin at about sea level, EXPEDITION AMAZON is all about daily challenges: The team does a fair amount of extreme expeditions, some of which includes trekking 10 miles a day in dense jungle environment – mainly over rough terrain, mountain climbing, off-road biking, white water rafting and rappelling over waterfall cascades. Manoeuvring the Amazon Basin Rivers by primitive dugout canoes and self-built Balsa rafts and practising jungle survival skills while interacting with the remote Amazonian indigenous people. Encountering endless wildlife, flora and fauna such as Anacondas, Jaguars, Monkeys, Piranhas and toucans are only few to mention.

Leaving off the land, taking only what we need and using all of what we take, we're committed to leave a positive footprint in each region we explore, helping to preserve the past and enrich the future.
