The surf in Panama is all year round, with the most consistent surf conditions found occurring on the Pacific coastline between February to October but you could get great surf in the other month of November, December and January. What makes a trip to Panama special is when the offshore wind blows during the dry season between December and April, this means clean off shore conditions on the Pacific side.
